3.投标人资格要求

3.1投标人应具备的资格：

The bidder should have the qualifications:

1）国内的投标人须提供经年检的企业营业执照副本（复印件）、组织机构代码副本（复印件）、国/地税税务登记证（复印件），国外的投标人需提供企业注册证明及相关税务证明。

Domestic bidders shall provide a copy of a business license by the annual enterprise (photocopy), organization code (copy), State / Local Tax Registration Certificate (photocopy), foreign bidders must provide proof of registration and related corporate tax proof.

2）如果投标人提供的货物不是投标人自己制造的，投标人应得到货物制造商同意其在本次投标中提供该货物的正式授权书原件（要求针对本项目的唯一授权）。

If the goods supplied by the Bidder are not of their own making bidder, the bidder shall receive goods manufacturers agree to provide original power of attorney of the goods in this tender (request only authorized for this project).

3）具有有效的医疗器械经营许可证，并在经营范围之内。

Have a valid medical equipment business license, and within operating range.

4）检察机关出具的投标人无行贿犯罪记录证明。
